We are delighted to inform you that we will be celebrating our second anniversary. To mark this milestone, we have planned a special collaboration with our friend YUJI Ramen for a unique tuna Kaiseki experience. This Kaiseki dinner focuses on ‘Mottainai,’ the art of minimal waste, embracing sustainability and conscious consumption — the core belief of the YUJI Ramen team. Chef Shirai and Chef Yuji would like to extend an invitation to you to experience the innovative and sustainable use of all parts of Maguro bluefin tuna at Towa in a contemporary Kaiseki.
